I’ve read a lot of “same advice, new packaging” books… Dopamine Nation wasn’t that. The relentless pursuit of pleasure leads to anhedonia. The Book Drop summary made the structure crystal clear. I’m copying one framework into my notes and testing it for 7 days. Will update if it sticks!
