Finished David and Goliath via Book Drop and I keep coming back to this idea. Giants are not what we think they are. I’ve been rushing my goals for months — this made me rethink the systems underneath. Going to try one tiny daily habit this week and see what compounds.

I’ve read a lot of “same advice, new packaging” books… Lessons in Chemistry wasn’t that. Courage is the root of change — and change is what we're chemically designed to do.
