I’ve read a lot of “same advice, new packaging” books… High Output Management wasn’t that. A manager's output = output of his organization + output of neighboring organizations under his influence. The Book Drop summary made the structure crystal clear. I’m copying one framework into my notes and testing it for 7 days. Will update if it sticks!

“You don't have to be a genius. You just have to be yourself. 🎨” — period.
Highlight from my Book Drop summary 📖 The sprint is a five-day process for answering critical business questions.
Honest review after the summary of The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck: The desire for more positive experience is itself a negative experience. 😅 What surprised me most is how practical it felt. Not fluff. I wrote three notes in my phone and already used one in a meeting today. Curious if anyone else got the same takeaway!
OK so Deep Work hit different tonight 📚 The ability to focus without distraction is becoming rare — and valuable. Context: I was doomscrolling, opened Book Drop instead, and this quote basically described my whole week. Sharing because maybe someone else needs the nudge too. Also — that AI cover is gorgeous.
