Short & sharp. Your mind is for having ideas, not holding them.
Longer thoughts on Radical Acceptance: The boundary to what we accept is the boundary to our freedom. I’ve recommended this idea to two friends already. One said it reframed how they plan their mornings; the other saved the quote for their journal. That’s the power of a good 10-minute summary. Dropping it here for the community 🌍
