In Multipliers, Liz Wiseman argues that the most effective leaders don't just add capability to their teams—they multiply it. Drawing on research with over 150 executives across companies such as Oracle, Cisco, and Apple, Wiseman divides leaders into two types: Multipliers, who amplify the intelligence and capability of the people around them, and Diminishers, who drain intelligence and energy from their organizations.
